The balcony is also safe for small children with a high (approx 4') barrier. There are laundry facilities on site, breakfast room, playroom and wi-fi internet access.

The residence as its own private pool and children's paddling pool, which has a large paved area surrounding it. Sunbeds are available. There are private gardens with a locked gate for access to the marina area. There is a children's play area, volleyball court, bowls area and some seating. The residence has secure parking for guests and a secure facility for bicycles.

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. In addition a £100 returnable breakage deposit is required, held against cancellation and confirmation from the residence that all was well at the end of the visit. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
More Apartment Information The apartment is situated on the third floor of the residence, it overlooks the large pool which is for the exclusive use of residents. The Port Argeles marina has many shops and restaurants and beyond is the Mediterranean Sea. The development is very family friendly and safe. The lively resort of Argeles-sur-Mer is a 10 mins walk away along the seafront promenade where you will find a host of bars, shops and restaurants. The picturesque town of Collioure is a 10 mins drive away and both Spain and the Pyrenees are on the doorstep.
More Location Information The sandy beach at Argeles is a 5 minute walk through the marina. It stretches for 4 miles and there are bars and cafes dotted along its length. Watersports are also available in peak season. The beach is cleaned daily.
To the north is the busy resort of St Cyprien and to the south beyond Collioure many small coves and inlets with beaches suitable for bathing.
The Pyrenees are on the doorstep, with Mount Canigou an hour's drive away.
Barcelona is approx. 1 1/2 hours drive away.
Marina Information The marina has facilities for visiting craft with both a small slipway and hoist. The coast has many small inlets where you can drop anchor.
There are also 2 bakers for fresh bread and a local supermarket as well as numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
The marina has a number of diving shops and down the coast there is a marine nature reserve.
In Argeles there is a large Carrefour supermarket.
