Additional Information :
Initial groceries can be pre-ordered and delivered to your gite in advance of your arrival. Dinner can be provided on arrival for an additional €15 per person. Electric & water are included in peak season rentals. An initial supply of logs is provided for winter lets, additional logs charged for plus electric calculated by meter read on departure. 25% deposit payable to secure the rental. Remainder due 12 weeks before commencement. Short breaks out of high season available. Long term winter lets available and home exchanges considered. Bicycles are available to hire.
Accommodation Our gite is equipped to a very high standard and consists of: Three double bedrooms - combinations of super king size, twin and kingsize beds are provided. Two bathrooms - one with bath and shower over, the other with shower cubicle Large farmhouse kitchen - fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer,dishwasher and washing machine. A full baby/toddler kit is available including cot, high chair, baby bath, stair gate & car seat. Wood burner stove in the farmhouse. Open plan lounge and dining room with wood burning fire in the farmhouse. French doors lead onto a patio area, the rest of the private fenced rear garden is laid to lawn. Garden furniture, table, chairs and loungers are provided as well as a barbecue. Separate above ground swimming pool, with loungers provided. Whilst fully renovated the gite retains many original features adding to its charm and authenticity. The gite is fully heated by electric panel heaters, so you can enjoy yourselves all year round!
Additional Information The estate borders a large 7 hectare lake, known locally for its excellent carp fishing. Fishing permits can be purchased locally, or arranged for you in advance. Having stayed ourselves in many gites and holiday cottages in the UK and France, we wanted to create something a little different. The little touches that can make your hard earned break away that bit special. We offer an advance grocery service, the little bits'n'bobs ready for you in your gite. No unforeseen extras, privacy and no disturbances, but help and advice if you need it. At Les Brégères, we have tried to provide everything you will need to settle in straight away, whether it is putting the kettle on for a cuppa (tea and coffee provided) or opening the wine (supplied)! Our reputation is vital, we aim high and pay close attention to detail.
Winter lets, the property will be pre-heated with the fires lit ready to welcome you.
The Area A rural idyll with mature oak trees, rolling countryside, lakes all around you. Peace and tranquility. Plenty to do and see from fabulous restaurants, local french markets, shopping, chateaux, theme parks and animal parks. From horse riding to swimming, watersports and kayaking, walking and tennis - plenty for all ages! Central France at it's best with little traffic, quiet country lanes, fantastic gourmet meals and all accessible from the comfort of your own 4 star property.
The area is renowned for its beautiful lakes, quiet villages, excellent cuisine, woodland trails and numerous chateaux, which can be found along the Richard the Lionheart route. It is, therefore, ideal for anyone who enjoys walking, fishing, bird watching, water sports, riding and cycling. Many of the lakes have man made beaches and offer truly safe swimming as no motorboats are allowed. Arrived in glorious sunshine & a warm welcome from Caroline & Dave. The gite is very well equipped and the best we’ve stayed in. The area has beautiful scenary and plenty to do. Our son Dominic (5) enjoyed the farm, the gite & especially the garden, The gite and farm have such a relaxing feeling, we extended our stay for an extra few days.

We have stayed in many gites in France, the vast majority of which have not come close to this. The info is excellent and the goodie box on arrival is an excellent idea.

This was our first visit to France and won’t be our last. The Gite was excellent and contained everything you could ever need, it was like home from home.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
