Lovely Holiday Cottage in Fermo Area with Private Pool
The cottage is the smaller one of 2 recently restored houses that belong to the property. It is detached from the main countryhouse, where the owner lives, and equipped with a shady porch to enjoy dining "al fresco". Surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers and mediterranean plants, it overlooks a green valley with picturesque hilltop villages. Surrounded by fields and meadows, it is the perfect place to relax and feel the slow heartbeat of this authentic part of Italy. Don�t miss the excellent local food served at low prices in small restaurants nearby and enjoy the fresh seafood dishes served in numerous beachside restaurants. The garden has ample lawns for kids to play on.Loungers and a shady seating area are provided at the private pool,from where you can enjoy a phantastic view of the spectacular Sibillini mountains rising up against the western sky. The house is ideally located within easy reach of both the�blue flag�sandy beaches of the Adriatic sea and the mountains.

Bed linen and towels provided are included in the total price. Changed weekly on request(€5 per bed). The apartment is also cleaned at the end of each week on request(€25). For the final cleaning at the end of the rental period we also charge 25 euros.
The depth of the swimming pool (8m x 4m) ranges from 150cm - 180 cm and is suitable for swimmers only. For non-swimmers and small children an inflatable pool can be provided. The use of the pool is reserved for the guests only (private pool). The garden is fenced in and has an electric gate. By the pool there is a shaded seating area and not only there, but in the garden as well, comfortable relax chairs, loungers, hammocks and other garden furniture are provided.
For bookings for 3 weeks or more we give 20% discount for the 3rd and 4th week.
Discount for last minute booking
(less than 1 month before rental period begin)is not possible in the peak season.

Payment Conditions:
25% of the total rental sum are due on booking. A booking is not valid until the money has arrived on letter´s bank account. Balance plus 200 euro security bond are due 4 weeks before rental period. If a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, then the entire sum plus security bond will be due. The security bond will be returned within 1 week from the end of the rental period, if no major damage to the rented property has occurred.
Accessibility and Distances Since there is very little public transport in this area, a car is required to get to Casetta Maremonti and to explore the region. Car rental from Hertz costs less, if made together with the online booking of a Ryanair flight(with other companies we don´t know). The cottage is wheelchair inaccessible. Although our village Belmonte Piceno, from the center of which the cottage is located at about 2km distance, has only 630 souls, you will find there 2 small supermarkets, a post office, a pharmacy, a bar, 2 clothing shops and a doctor´s practice. For basic needs the local shops will suffice. A few big supermarkets are at 10min. drive. A cheap petrol station is 5min. from the house and a few nice restaurants which offer excellent local food at low prices are within a range from 2 - 10 km.
The 3 nearest airports are Ancona (45min. drive), Pescara (1.5 hours) and Forli/Bologna (2.5 hours). The nearest train station is at Porto San Giorgio (coast, 24km).

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
