Due to the pool and verandas for safety reasons we recommend parental supervision at all times where young children are concerned. There is a hot water shower by the poolside. Wireless ADSL Broadband is available at 15 per week payable at the Villa to our representative. Maid service is included three days per week. Dining room has a log fire for the winter season (logs are free of charge)and additional oil filled radiators throughout.Hairdryer and electric fans are also provided, we request that guests provide beach towels for the sun beds. Rental rates are for 2 persons. For 3rd and 4th person it is £80 per person. Reservations: A 30% non-refundable deposit must accompany all bookings to obtain confirmation. Balance of rental is payable eight weeks before arrival date, further information will be given in our contract. A refundable deposit of £150 is required for damages, breakages, keys and remote control. We recommend our guests to take out travel insurance.
Minimum stay is 7 Nights however we will accommodate shorter stays at discounted rates whenever there are odd days available in between already booked dates.

The garden area consists of over 1400sqm and is illuminated throughout. Although the property consists of two floors, only the first floor is available for rental as the the ground floor is being used for storage.
