For guests seeking a typical Mallorquin experience the local towns of Son Severa, Arta and Capdepera are within 15 mins drive away. Here you will find a wealth of bars, local sites and restaurants offering specialties of suckling pig, carpaccio e baccalou (smoked cod). The North East of Majorca is quieter, making it an ideal place to explore beautiful beaches and relax. This is also a great place for those that like active holidays with numerous golf courses, biking, sailing, diving and water sports in Cala Mallor. Unique benefits of the property:
The owners bought 501 in this area because it has all the right ingredients for having a relaxing time but with enough activities to make for the perfect balance. Costa is one of the best places on the island for sampling the culture, cuisines and history of Mallorca.
The owners recommend being so close to the village golf course. This means you can play golf if you want to but also we have spectacular of views of the surrounding countryside and sea if you just want to chill. You can just watch the wildlife on the golf course negotiating with the golfers, or lie up on the roof after dark searching for shooting stars. There is no light pollution at Costa de los Pinos and you can star watch to your hearts content. But mostly it is fantastic being 6 floors up and when you are sipping a drink on the roof terrace at sunset, there can't be a better place in the world. Wonderful.

A booking form will be sent out at the time of confirmation of booking. To secure the booking 20 percent of the payment is paid with the remaining 80 percent payable 8 weeks before. A returnable security deposit of £150 is also payable 8 weeks before.
The property is fully cleaned before commencement of holiday. If maid service is required during stay then this can be arrange for an extra fee. Two towels are provided per person and change of bed linen is provided for guests to use per extra week.
There are 2 lifts and a staircase. There is a spiral case up to the private roof terrace. There is also a wide staircase up to the communal roof terrace.

Golf
This is also an ideal location from which to base your golfing holiday. The apartment overlooks the picturesque nine hole Son Severa golf course which offers a discount to residents. Within a 10 min drive are the championship Pula course, home of the Mallorca Open and Canyamel, another superb 18 hole challenge. 15 mins drive takes you to Capdapera. Within 40 mins are Polenca, Cala d'or and Alcadesa. There are another 12 courses elsewhere on the island. Two of these are championship standard. Please refer to the Golf in Majorca website. Gardens and Village Outside
Roof terrace is 200sqm with 360 degree panoramic view (not suitable for children who are unsupervised) with sunbeds and deckchairs, kept in roof store and sun umbrellas. There are large shared gardens with a direct path to golf club house where good value lunches and dinners are served. Dining terrace furniture. There is a large sun-blind over the dining terrace which is rolled up mechanically when the apartment is not occupied.
There is a 30 metre lap pool, two sets of steps and a deep end, surrounded by tiles, grass, flower pots and flowerbeds, climbers and trees. There are views of the mountains from the pool. It is maintained daily (apart from Sundays). Separate children's pool.
In the village there is a hotel restaurant providing international cuisine and an outside dining area overlooking the sea. The beach bar provides lunches and early suppers. The golf club restaurant serves lunches and dinners or just coffees and drinks. There is a cafe/bar ‘Davids’ for Wi-Fi.
