Booking Notes: Once confirmed you will receive an email from our PayPal account to secure your booking. Non-refundable deposit 50% deposit to secure your booking. Balance payable 30 - 40 days prior to your arrival date.
Security deposit: On arrival a 150 Euros security deposit is required and will be refunded on the departure day less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that were not included in the package.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
