This villa is 100 yards from an excellent taverna, which is quiet but does have musical nights during the season- the food is excellent! A walk into Kokkino Chorio will show you a truly authentic Cretian village. There is a small supermarket that supplies everything within walking distance. The pool is to the rear of the property with sunbathing area. The villa has solar water heating and air-conditioning. Almerida is a five minute drive away which is a Blue Flag beach.
