Grassmarket

Quiet location just off the busy Grassmarket with wonderful views of the Castle. The area has lots of good restaurants, interesting clothes and second hand book shops as well as quality craft shops.

There is lots to see and do minutes from the doorstep making it a great location for visiting the city.

Princes Street is about 5 minutes walk and there you can catch buses to all parts of the city as well as the airport express bus. Waverley Station is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of the Old Town with great views. Comfortably furnished to accommodate to feel like a home from home. Well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer dryer, mircowave etc.

Within easy walking distance of the Castle, Royal Mile and Princes Street.

The apartment is away from the main road so there is less sound from passing traffic on West Port.

Ideal location for the Edinburgh Festival, Film Festival and many of the events which take place in the city center. Close to the Usher Hall, Edinburgh Filmhouse, Lyceum and Kings Theatre.

The apartment is newly refurbished and furnished to a high standard making it a relaxing a comfortable place to stay. 1 bedroom, Sleeps 2 plus 2 on the sofa bed.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
