Its spectacular views look out over a hidden valley to the typical Tuscan hilltop village of Monte Benichi. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and perfectly situated for enjoying idyllic peaceful solitude in unspoilt countryside, as well as exploring the wealth of Tuscan art, history, life and beauty within easy reach. These include such evocative names as Siena, Florence, Cortona and San Gimignano, not to mention some of the many other hidden jewels of Tuscany to be discovered on foot or by car.
Accommodation Summary : 1 spacious peaceful bedroom with comfortable king size double bed (160cms), antique bedside tables and good reading lights, tribal rugs and wicker chair and an ample wardrobe and cupboard for storage and a hairdryer, so, no need to bring your own.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower room with power shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, large antique mirror and good lighting.

Dining area with seating for 6. There is plenty of space to lounge, cook, or just relax and enjoy the peace in this ample living area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Weekly supplies of clean bed linen, bath, kitchen and swimming towels and final cleaning are all included in rental.
The property is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Almost everything is included in rental. Included: utilities - electricity, gas for cooking and hot water. Weekly supply of clean bedlinen, towels - bath, kitchen and swimming. A generous complimentary welcome pack of groceries to make an evening meal and breakfast. Use of washing machine including washing powder. Final cleaning. The ONLY extra charge is for: central heating at 15 per day as required.
Changeover day
Rental runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival 4pm to 7pm. Departure by 10.30am. Other times by arrangement.
Outside The large private terrace to the front and side of the apartment is comfortably furnished for dining and lounging; perfect for leisurely al fresco meals, napping on a sun lounger soaking up the Tuscan sunshine, enjoying the surrounding aromatic garden or simply gazing at the stunning views by day or the unpolluted star lit sky by night.
The pool is 15m x 5.50m and 2.40m at the deep end, great for swimmers who want to exercise and have fun diving, and those who just want to cool off. It is only shared with us, the owners and the occasional visiting friend (only one of us swims). The soft grey liner and natural stone edging set it discreetly into the hillside olive grove while the infinity edge gives a sensational experience as you swim looking out over the wonderful totally unspoilt wooded landscape and the wildlife pond below.
The pool is open from the end of March to mid October.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
