Very beautiful 1 bed apartment surround by olive groves in the Chianti countryside
Our apartment is in the middle of the well known rolling hills which are home to many vineyards and olive groves, which in turn provide the backdrop to one of the most famous Chianti wines as Borgo di Gaiole.
Accommodation Summary : You will find our lovely apartment on the ground floor with chestnut beams and terracotta tiles giving it a very homely feel. The bedroom is very large with patio doors leading to the garden, a bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with patio doors leading onto a spacious private garden for your exclusive use. The garden overlooks the village of Gaiole below. The decking and covered pergola is an excellent solution to give you a cool area in the high summer, it is perfect for leisurely �al fresco� dining, there is also a traditional terracotta barbecue.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The scenery around this are is breath taking and we have enjoyed many days either walking or driving and exploring the area. The apartment is fantastic just like being at home, it was great to come back after a long day and sit outside relaxing with a glass of wine in the privacy of our own space. The information book and directions were spot on!

We had exactly what we wanted, relaxation, excellent food and wine in a beautiful setting and wonderful accommodation. Your star choice restaurant was fab as were all your directions. You have really thought things through for your guests, it was very much appreciated. The array of books, guides books & cook books a number of which we used, I had not expected such resources and they made an important difference. We have appreciated the way you have opened up your home to visitors and have been happy to share tea, coffee and a welcome drink.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
