The apartment is in a quiet development and is in excellent condition having been kept to a very high standard. It comprises lounge, dining area, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (lift / stair access). However due to the complex having been built on a slight hill the balcony is high up giving absolutely fantastic views across the resort of Golf Del Sur. The ocean is in front of you and the golf course to the left. On a clear day the outline of Gran Canaria can be seen along with Tenerifes famous Red Rock appropriately named as it turns a beautiful deep rich red colour as it heats up in the sunshine.

Early Booking more than 8 weeks before booking starts - 10% discount.

Changeover Day
Day of arrival is flexible. The apartment is available at 15.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. If the apartment is not booked by other clients, on the day of departure, a later vacating time can be arranged to suit a late flight.
Outside Ocean Golf and Country Club is a high quality development and has 3 pools, one is heated and one is for children. There are sunbeds, outside showers and toilets at the pool area. On site there is a bar / restaurant.
Within easy reach are the seaside promenade and pebble beaches. The new marina is also close by. There are pleasant seaside walks locally and further afield in the mountains.
Activities The apartment is close to the 27 hole championship standard golf course and the championship bowling green at Golf Del Sur. Reduced green fees are available on the Golf Del Sur golf course. Fishing is availabe locally and diving is on offer in San Blas, the local commercial centre. Surfing, windsurfing, sail-boarding and other watersports are available at El Medano, a 15 minute ride away.
Mount Teide is 45 minutes (20 miles) away, with Los Cristianos and Play de las Americas a 20 / 25 minute drive away. A car is not necessary as shops, supermarkets and a commercial centre are within easy reach. Los Abrigos, a local Spanish fishing village, ia a short walk / ride away.
The apartment is only 10 minutes from Tenerife South airport. Public buses are fairly regular and cheap however car hire is available.
Further Details The commercial centre and the San Miguel Marina boast many restaurants and bars, including Thai, Italian, Chinese, Mexican and Indian as well as local food. Live entertainment is on every evening. Los Abrigos has a number of excellent fish restaurants.
