Christmas Day - we offer a traditional English Christmas with special breakfast, Christmas lunch with all the trimmings, present under the tree, drink on terrace before lunch, sit by the open fire after to open presents, watch a film (fall asleep) then in the evening a buffet of cold meats, home made pickles and chutneys, Christmas cake etc.
Pets We are pet friendly, we have two dogs, Chester a 13 yr old cocker spaniel and Purdy a 2.5 yr old pointer.
Family This is a family environment, Sandra's parents have a self contained apartment on the lower floor.
Transport We offer our guests an airport transfer from either Alicante or Valencia airports - check with us it may be free. We also offer local travel to places of interest, local bars, restaurants etc.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
