Kintyre is an idyllic holiday destination with some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in Scotland. With crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and loads of wildlife, we usually have the best of the Scottish weather too courtesy of the Gulf Stream warming our climate! There is lots to see and do should you so desire, alternatively simply absorb the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful location and do absolutely nothing!!! The courtyard at Drumnamucklach offers ten brand new gorgeous mews cottages of varying sizes, which sleep 2-6+ people. Originally, old farm buildings, each cottage now provides superb modern facilities, yet with a bright, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. With 4,000 acres of rolling hills, burns, woodland, lochs and tropical gardens to explore, and the most amazing views of the ocean and islands beyond, this really is a fantastic location, perfect for a romantic get-away, relaxing summer break or a family adventure holiday.
Accommodation Summary : Perfect for a romantic retreat or for a small family get-away, this stunning cottage is furnished in antique pieces and decorated in the lilacs and purples of the native heather. The master suite on the upper floor is just simply stunning – with the most amazing views across the coast towards Read more

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. We sent a photo I took on my phone one evening of the sunset and two friends truly thought I'd downloaded a screen saver as a joke as they couldn't believe that was really our view! The house ws great. Very well equipped, warm and comfy. If you pushed me to make some constructive critism I'd say that the TV is too small and too high up and is therefore quite difficult to watch. But really I have to say I'm struggling to say anythign but brilliant things as we really loved staying in Heather Cottage and we'll definately be back. And we've been telling everyone about it too. David was so helpful and so nice. The little touches like the biscuits and milk were really appreciated. We thought the cottage was excellent value for the location and the quality of the furnishings etc. We wish you all the best and thanks for a perfect holiday. Hope to see you soon.

The whole family has a really lovely holiday in Heather Cottage. The cottage was really lovely and well-furnished and we loved the views from the windows. We had some memorable evening sipping wine sitting outside watching the sunset and the children loved the walled garden and the rope swing on the tree. The cottage had everything yu would ever need on a holiday and was warm and sunny. One thing I would suggest is that it would be better if cars could be parked away from Heather cottage, perhaps away to the left and it spoils the view from the cottage in the evening (when busy). Just a small niggle but it would make a big difference. Otherwise everything was delightful

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
