Notes on Amenities :   This 200sq.m property sits on a plot of 800sq.m. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m surrounded by 125sq.m of decking. It is an oblong building with a forest area at the back, long side and a lawned area at the front side. At the south end of the house is the pool and decked area with a pergola at its extremity. The north end has another lawned area with palm tree, shingle drive with car port and flower beds. Bourgonvillea and jasmine climb the walls and there are 2m+ high cypress trees or screened fencing surrounding the property. We will supply numerous reclining sunloungers and high backed, patio chairs, parasols and a gas barbecue. Also we have provided a contemporary outdoor suite including sofa with 2 armchairs and coffee table located in the shade of the poolside pergola.

We are parents to twin 3 year old boys and have two travel cots and two highchairs available for your use, free of charge.
Notes : Prices are based on no more than 8 persons. The additional 9th and 10th person will be charged at 10 pounds per person, per night. We will supply the additional bedding for the double sofa bed and all additional inventory.

A deposit of 20% is required to hold the booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival day.

You may check in from 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is by 10am on your day of departure. Depending on the time of year and if we have clients in the villa before or after you, we can sometimes be flexible on these times.

Two other 18 hole golf courses in Pals and Serres de Pals are only 12 and 20 miles from our villa. 18 hole pitch and putt course of Gualta is 5 miles. Costa Brava Golf Course 35 miles. Mas Nou Golf Course 35 miles. Girona Golf Course 35 miles. Perelada Golf Course 45 miles. Torremirona Golf Course 50 miles. PGA Catalunya Golf Course 50 miles.
Special interest holidays
An excellent location for cycling and running, scuba diving and snorkelling. Great for ramblers, windsurfers, kite surfers, and kayaking. Please see 'Golf' above, as this is an ideal base for keen golfers.

Gerona airport is only 45 mins drive. Barcelona airport is 1 hour 40 mins drive. Perpignan airport is 1 hour 20 mins drive.

Fantastic Places of interest all close at hand from your L´Estartit base. Calella de Palafrugell & Llafranc 25 mins drive.
Figueres and the Dali museum 40 minute drive. Gerona 40 minute drive.
Local market in L´Estartit every Thursday morning and then every Monday morning, 5 minutes away in Torroella de Montgri. First class golf course of Emporda only a 10 minute drive. "What more can I add - the villa was beautiful, in excellent condition
and with all the conveniences you need for a perfect holiday. This holiday was to celebrate my 60th birthday and we did it in style. The area was lovely and local restaurants were excellent. When things went wrong (the curtain fell down) it was dealt with very quickly and without any fuss. The pool was delightful and the boys (aged 6 and 4) absolutely loved it. The fact that there was a very secure gate to the property meant that we were able to let the boys play without worrying about them. You do need a car for this property."
"We stayed at the villa in May and from arriving to leaving (which we didn't want to do) we had a wonderful time. It was clean with lovely furniture. Very well kept and spacious. Well equipped with everything you could need. The pool area was fantastic so relaxing and on a night time really romantic.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
