Villa with sea and coastline views; large 11m x 7m swimming pool. The Villa is set in a private garden with fruit trees and palms, yet is walking distance from a beach bar, rocky cove, shops and several restaurants.
In an elevated position with spectacular views, this Villa was refurbished and extended in 2004/2005 and is constantly being updated. The result is a large, quiet and stylish Villa that is also within 300m of a small commercial centre with restaurants, beach bar (with rocky cove for swimming) and a bank (with ATM). A little further, and within walking distance, are many additional restaurants, two sandy beaches and the fishing port village of Moraira.
In the morning, the sun rises over the hills above El Portet - which can be seen from the upstairs bedroom, the pool terrace, the upper terrace and the οΏ½NayaοΏ½ (the enclosed terrace). During the day the sun moves around the pool terrace with areas of shade under the palm trees.

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
