A 25% Non Refundable Deposit is payable at the time the booking is made with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday if the booking is taking place within 8 weeks the whole amount is payable at the time the booking is confirmed. Also a £150.00 Security Deposit payable at the time of booking this is returned within 2 weeks of your return home providing everything is OK in the apartment.

Local Information Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away by car(1km) and the centre of Larnaca fifteen minutes by car. The International Airport is 20 minutes, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within thirty minutes, Limassol 45 minutes and the Troodos Mountains in an hour. Beach When you have enough of lazing about in the luxurious communal pool and you fancy a dip in the sea “Oroklini Public Beach” is only a few minutes away by car (1km). It is run by the local municipality and amenities like showers, changing rooms, coffee bar etc. are available. Umbrellas and sun beds can be obtained for as little as 4.00 euros per person for the whole day.
Recommendations We have a folder in the apartment with lots of information about the local area plus places to see a little further afield and some of our favourite restaurants.
Transport Local Buses do run from the Village into Larnaca Town and also to Larnaca and Ayia Napa from the bottom of the road. However car hire is recommended to see something of this beautiful Island.
