The apartment: This great holiday villa is located in a completely independent property and surrounded by a 1,000 square metre GARDEN, completely furnished. The villa (built in the 1970's) has been completely renovated (please notice that the works on the facade will be finished in June 2007), and is very bright and well-ventilated. The furniture is very comfortable The villa is divided in three different levels: the ground floor includes an American style kitchen (about 30 square metres), a wide living room (about 80 square metres) with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda. The first floor is composed by 2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and a single bed each, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a landing with a double sofa bed and a veranda. There is also an extra fold-up bed available to accommodate parties of up to 15 people! The top floor is composed by a great terrace (about 120 square metres!).

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
