This lovely apartment forms part of Tierra de Irta, Peniscola, a development situated at the foot of the beautiful Sierra de Irta National Park providing an ideal location for a holiday, only 3.5km from Peniscola�s town.

As well as offering historical sights Peniscola also provides a long and beautiful �blue-flag� sandy beach. There are also a number of individual coved beaches (approximately 10 minute walk) all of which are coupled with an enjoyable Mediterranean climate consisting of approximately 300 days of delightful sunshine a year. This makes it a great location for a holiday destination. A vast choice of relaxing and invigorating activities can be enjoyed in and around Peniscola.

The apartment is a fully furnished and equipped with Air Conditioning and Heating units, English Satellite TV and has Mountain and Sea views from the Private Terrace and Garden. The apartment is on a Secured Complex fitted with a security intercom and has Communal Gardens & Large Pool.

Additional Information : You will be met on your arrival to Peniscola, taken to your apartment, shown the facilities as well as given the keys, etc.

You will also be met on your departure to return keys, deposit, etc.

Bed linen and towels will be supplied free of charge, after a week, for those staying more than 10 days.

The apartment will be clean for your arrival. A 40 euro charge for the cleaning of the apartment after your departure is required on arrival.

HOW TO PAY:
A non refundable deposit of 20% or 150 Euros is required to reserve the Holiday Apartment. The dates of your holiday will then be featured on our Online Calendar for you to view and an Information Pack will be sent which includes details of your Holiday Apartment, Surrounding Area, Travel Directions and Contact Details.

The remaining balance is required in full to secure the booking 6 weeks in advance of booked holiday unless agreed otherwise.

A supplement of 25 Eur for each extra person, if more than 4 people stay.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
