This balcony gets the sun most of the day.There is a large blind which extends over the outside table. The fully fitted kitchen has every convenience to make life easy.
You will have the use of the communal pool, set in gardens, which is solely for residents. The small private complex is protected by security gates and the apartment has an intercom for convenience. You will have your own private parking space in a locked gated garage. There is a lift for your convenience. The apartment is on the first floor so the lift need not always be used.

Very large terrace/balcony of 77sq.mtrs. Access from sliding doors in the sitting room and the main bedroom and door in the kitchen. Overlooks the pool and gardens.
Playa de Piles The beaches are 'Blue Flag' the sand is golden and the azur blue sea is safe for children and adults.
Whilst you are two minutes walk from Piles beach, there are many other beaches only several minutes away by car, or within walking distance. Oliva and Gandia , beaches and town are also close by.
Playa de Piles has everything in the way of food shops, from bakeries butcher, fishmonger, supermarkets. There are many bars and restaurants, to cater for all tastes.
Places of interest Valencia City has many old, historic buildings, museums etc. Its famous, modern buildings of the Oceanographic and Artes and Science are a must to sea and the exhibits inside, will keep you interested for hours.
The biopark caters for those who like animals.
Benidorm, an hour down the motorway
has various theme parks.
There are nature reserves and hstoric villages inland.
Fiestas Spain is known for it's fiestas and there is usually a village or town, not far away where you will be able to view one of these and experience the culture.
