Our Child Friendly Gites are 5 minutes from The largest man made lake in Brittany (7 miles long ) and only 5 minutes to the Nantes Brest Canal.
We are situated in the countryside with beautiful open views to the farm land and 8,000acre Qenecan Forest.
Ideally situated at the Heart of Brittany making it easy to reach North and South coast beaches, although most children prefer the intimacy of the lakeside beach near us and spend most of their afternoons splashing about there. The lake side offers 3 sandy beaches, 2 have restauration facilities and all have kayak and canoe hire, as well as peddalos. If you're feeling more adventurous, there's Waterskiing and Quad biking and of course horse Riding and Mountain biking forest trails.
There are Activities every day in our local town, from Roller blading & tennis to kayaking & climbing What's more it's FREE !!
The local town has a Great Evening market with music and dancing on Friday nights, A great way to end your holiday, This time !

Notes on Amenities :
Family Friendly Gites with pretty much everything on site you need for children ! The Gites are stocked with travel cots, stair gates, highchairs, potties etc, and we also have pushchairs, baby back pack, toys etc. We have children on site ourselves so there's always someone to play with
This Year we have a Swimming Pool Yeah !! and the games room is moving to a new Play Barn !!There's Table Tennis, Table football, Electronic darts ( plastic ) skittles and loads more to occupy little hands and big alike !
We have an outside play area with Huge netted Trampoline, Swing set, sea saw, Badmington / volley ball, and of course Boules !!
We also have the animals on site that kids love to see, bunnies, ducks, sheep and this year Dinky Donkey is arriving !!
The Gites themselves are well equipped and comfortable, with full kitchens, English Freeview Tv, And a Huge Video library !! Bedding and house towels are all supplied. You just need to fetch yourselves and your Tea bags !!!

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
