Lovely Luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both en-suite) apt, sleeps 6 exclusive El Presidente

This garden apartment is in a beautiful tranquil setting, overlooking the main fountain and waterways of the established El Presidente complex. The inspiration for the grounds came from the design of the magnificent Alhambra Palace in Granada. We chose this apartment as our second home because of its location in the original, quiet, established part of El Presidente, overlooking the mature sub tropical gardens. The accommodation is fitted to a high standard, where we benefit from large marble floored open plan living areas with Air Conditioning/heating, Cable TV, DVD, fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area (comfortable seating for 6). Being at the heart of the complex, you are 2 minutes walk to all 5 pools, one heated year round, and one with a Jacuzzi. Just a 3 minute walk to the 4 free tennis courts, and a 5 minute stroll to the beach and Chiringuito. There are many interesting family activities nearby as well as 30+ golf courses easily accessible.

Both the lounge and master bedroom open onto a secluded garden area and terrace where there is an outdoor dining table, chairs and sun loungers.
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, colour TV and safe.
All of the English terrestrial channels, sky sports and movies, as well as many European channels are also available. There are many sun loungers available around all of the pools, with a section of the main pool enclosed as a safe children’s pool, whilst all areas provide accessibility for the elderly and disabled.
On the way down to the beach, there is a children’s playground.
Cot and baby facilities are available.
During off peak periods, we are happy to be flexible on change over days.
Extra maid service is available for a small extra charge.

Additional Information : A 25% deposit is required, in advance, with the balance due four weeks prior to arrival. A £200 damage deposit is also required prior to arrival and returned in full within two weeks of departure when no claim is necessary.

For each additional person above four occupying the apartment, there will be a one off £25 supplement to cover additional laundry costs.

Additional Information : Around the villa
Situated in a prime location along the Marbella-Estepona coastline, and regarded as one of the most prestigious complexes on the coast, El Presidente lies amongst lush, leafy, green gardens, being a mere 350 metres from the open beach of Playa Del Saladillo. The position, just west of Marbella, combines the peace and privacy of its distinguished surroundings with proximity to Marbella, San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona and Puerto Banus. The white Spanish villages that typify the Andalucía region such as Ronda, Mijas, Istan and Casares are within an hour’s drive, all set against spectacular and beautiful scenery. The pretty mountain village of Benahavis is a mere 10 minutes drive away where you'll find some of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol. Just an hour drive west lies the wild, rugged and largely undiscovered coast of the Costa De La Luz, with its vast, open and deserted beaches and the quaint, rustic town of Tarifa, famed for its windsurfing and charm.
Other activities
The surrounding area hosts numerous other sporting activities, including skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Granada which is about two and a half hour away and easy as a day out if you want to just give it a try. Fishing trips leave from Puerto Banus and Estepona, as well as Dolphin safaris from Gibraltar which are popular. Selwo Safari park (a truly great day out for ALL the family and only a ten minute drive away) and sea-life centres, Fuengirola zoo, water and wildlife parks, and of course, the many varied beaches and their chiringuitos (beach bars) along the coast await to be discovered. LA CANADA shopping centre (approx 10 min drive away) boasts numerous well known shops, bars and eateries as well as cinemas with films in English! For those of you who prefer something a little more sedate and relaxing, the Benavista Bowling Club is only a ten minute walk away. With its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the club is very popular with visiting bowlers.
Tennis and paddle courts and Golf
El Presidente has 4 newly refurbished tennis courts and three Paddle courts.
The courts are for your use FREE of charge. We are just a few minutes away from the BEL-AIR tennis club where social tennis can be arranged for those who are a little keener! We have several racquets and balls kept in the apartment that you are welcome to borrow.
The Costa Del Sol is renowned for being home to numerous fantastic golf courses, including San Roque and Valderama (host to the Ryder cup). El Presidente is centrally located to approximately 30+ courses, the nearest two (El Paraiso and Guadalmina) being within 1.5 miles of the complex. For more details, email us for website details.
El Presidente also has a golf practice net and chipping area. This is also for the use of El Presidente residents FREE of charge. Golf Tee times can be pre-booked for you. Email us your golf requirements.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
