This beautiful and sharply restored apartment is on the top floor of a historical palace of Siena, Palazzo Saracini, almost a thousand years old. The owners still live in the palace, just in front of the famous "Torre del Mangia".
The main entrance opens in the heart of Siena, the �Via di Citt�� street. All the tourist sites are less than five minutes walk: the Piazza Del Campo is just behind the palace, Palazzo Chigi-Saracini and the Duomo are almost around the corner, so you won't use car until you leave. During the days of the famous "Palio" (the oldest horse race in the world, July 2nd and August 16th) it is possible to watch the race directly from a window of the family property or to have dinner in a "contrada", to taste the unique atmosphere of these days. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
