The Casita has two bedrooms and a self contained studio which can be rented separately, or jointly. Both unites have stunning sea views and share the large solar heated salt water pool. The Studio The studio can be rented separately for two persons and a baby from 250.00 Pounds per week. Please contact us about the different seasons.
Casita Canaria The Casita can accommodate up to 4 persons and a baby and the weekly rate starts at 495,00 Pounds in the low season. If you rent the studio in conjunction with the casita, only 150,00 Pounds per week is charged for the studio, and you have total privacy.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
