The sweeping tree lined drive leads to the delightful cottages nestling in this old country estate, but within easy driving distance to the beaches at Tenby, Pendine and Saundersfoot.
The cottage is set in a large traditional courtyard and guests are welcome to enjoy the extensive grounds.
The cottage has lovely views over the owner's private lake and the spectacular scenery of the surrounding countryside.
You are even welcomed by the owners to fish for a trout in the lake; there is a small charge for this.
There are views of the lake and over the hills through the patio doors, which also lead to the patio area.

To the rear of the cottage is a lovely patio area with grassed and paved areas, and garden furniture, a portable barbecue is available.
Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
