How to ensure that you receive your email enquiries as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have recently tightened their browsers with anti-spam services to the extent that many normal e-mails today can be treated by them as junk e-mails. We have had a number of enquiries from the Lupain Holiday Rental website going into the recipient's junk e-mail folder instead of their personal in-box (The problem is that these "junk mails" are often deleted without warning if not picked up within a few days).
To avoid these enquiries made from genuine clients from the Lupain Holiday Rental website being sent to your junk mail folder, then you are to make sure that "" is added into your "email address book" or marked "safe senders list". Please see the instructions below we recommend on how to configure your email accounts.
We at also provide you with a free SMS Text which will send you a message to your mobile every time an enquiry from a client arrives for your property. This should alert you that you should connect on to your emails to view your enquiry should it not arrive in your normal email inbox. If you have a mobile, enter this number in the "update contact details" section (SMS box) of your advert manager in order that you receive these text messages.

Please add "" to your Hotmail MSN Safe List:

1. First open your Hotmail MSN mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand side corner).
2. Now click the "Junk Email Protection" link (top of the page).
3. Then select the "Safe List" link (2nd from bottom).
4. Copy and paste "" in the dialog box entitled "Type an address or domain."
5. Finally click the "Add" button next to the dialog box.

Also if you are a current advertiser, check that any emails we sent you is not sent into your Hotmail MSN Junk Email Folder. If for any reason there are emails in there, please open the email and click the Not Junk button. Next check if any of our email address is in your Blocked Senders list. If you see "" on this list (or any other address), select and click Remove button.
Yahoo! Mail
Please set up the filter to re-direct all our e-mails into your inbox account:

1. First open your Yahoo e-mail mail-box and click Mail Options (upper right hand side corner).
2. Now select Filters (bottom left hand corner).
3. Click the Yahoo Add link on Filters page.
4. Next update the "From header" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and "". This then allows the mail server to identify emails sent by your clients.
5. Then Choose Folder pull down menu and select inbox.
6. Finally select the Yahoo Add Filter button.

If you are an current advertiser, check if any of the emails we send you is going into your Yahoo Bulk Folder. If ther are any, please open our e-mails and click on the Not Spam button. Next is to check and see if the e-mail address is inside your "Blocked Addresses" list. If you see (or any other address) in this list, select it and click Remove Block button.
Google Gmail
First please add "", into your Google Gmail Contacts List

1. Now click Contacts along the left side of any Google Gmail page.
2. Next click on Add Contact.
3. Copy and paste into the section primary email address dialog box.

If you are a current advertiser also make sure that any our e-mail to you has not been marked as Spam in your Google Gmail account:

1. First click Spam along the left side of any Google Gmail page.
2. Next check mark the box next to our e-mail.
3. Finally click Not Spam button along top.
4. Then click Save.
Add into your AOL address book:

1. Click Mail menu and then select AOL Address Book.
2. Next wait for the "AOL Address Book" window to pop up now click the Add button.
3. Now wait for the "AOL Address Card for New Contact" window to load up.
4. Once loaded, cut and paste in the "Other Email" field.
5. Make as the "Primary Email" address by ticking the associated check box.
6. Finally click the Save button.

If you are a current advertiser also check for any of our e-mails in your AOL Spam Folder. To do this please use your web mail to check your Spam Folder. If any of our emails is in your AOL Spam Folder, open the email and then click This Is Not Spam button.
Mozilla Thunderbird
You will need to add , to your Mozilla Thunderbird Address Book and configurate the Junk Mail Controls to "white list" within your address book.

Add into your Personal Address Book.

1. First click on the Address Book button.
2. Next make sure the Mozilla Thunderbird Personal Address Book is highlighted.
3. Then click the New Card button. Now this will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste or type into the Email dialog box.
5. Finally click OK.
White list for your Personal Address Book:
1. First from the main drop down menu select "Tools -> Junk Mail Controls..."
This will now launch the Junk Mail Controls window that has two tabs: Settings and Adaptive Filter
2. Under the Settings tab select update the "White Lists" module by selecting Personal Address Book from the pull down menu and check mark the box next to "Do not mark messages as junk mail".
3. Finally click OK.

Please check your Mozilla Thunderbird Junk folder now to see if any of our e-mails have been detected as junk. To stop this from happening you will need to mark our e-mails as not junk. Do this by right-clicking on any of our emails and choose "Mark -As Not Junk".
Netscape Mail
At present Netscape Mail Web-Based Email has no spam protection. Therefore you should receive all our e-mails without taking any further action.
Outlook 2003
First add to your Outlook Safe Senders list:

1. Now in the Outlook Tools menu, click Options.
2. Next on the Outlook Preferences tab, click Junk Email.
3. On the Outlook Safe Senders tab, please click Add.
4. Finally in the Outlook Add address, copy and paste or type in and then Click OK.
Outlook Express
If you are using a Web mail system or e-mail application not mentioned above, add to your address book. You should now also take the advise from the help files or customer support. To see if there are instructions for adding an email address to a safe list.
