Q: Do I have to pay Lupain Holiday Rentals to book a holiday?

No, it is a completely free service for holidaymakers.

Q: Why should I book with Lupain Holiday Rentals?

We set out to provide a first class service to holiday homeowners and holidaymakers. Our goal is to provide you with the widest choice of holiday accommodation and help you choose that perfect holiday.

Q: How do I make my accommodation booking?

You make contact directly with the property owner; make sure that you have checked their availability calendar, for your proposed dates.

Q: What about booking flights?

We recommend that you check the availability of flights to your selected destination before you contact the property owner. When you are satisfied that flights are available, ask the property owner if they will hold your booking for a short time so that you can book you flights. When you have done that, make sure that you confirm your accommodation immediately.

Q: How do I pay for the Holiday Accommodation?

You arrange to pay the owner or the agent direct. We recommend that you pay by credit card whenever possible to take advantage of card protection services offered by the card issuer.

Q: How do I know that the property details are accurate?

The onus is on the holiday homeowner to advertise their property accurately. The onus is also on you to make sure that you are satisfied with the owner’s representation of the property. We recommend that you study the advert and formulate a list of questions if you have any queries.

Q: How do I know if there is a catch to renting a particular property?

Do your research, check out holiday reviews for the property and look at a map to make sure you are happy with the location.

Q: Do I need holiday insurance?

Yes, we recommend that you obtain travel insurance from a reputable company. Please also check the terms and conditions to see what is not covered and note anything excluded.

Q: Do you offer a rental guarantee?

No, currently we do not but we are looking into ways we can offer more protection to holidaymakers. Of course, your statutory rights protect you.

Q: What about the property owner’s terms and conditions?

If the owner or their agents have terms and conditions please check those carefully, before you make your booking.

Q: What if my holiday is a complete disaster?

Please contact us if your complaint relates to a problem with the holiday accommodation. If your complaint relates to travel problems or loss during your holiday, you must contact your insurers at the earliest opportunity.

Q: Is there a catch to the discounted rate?

There is no catch but we are hoping that you will subscribe with us again next year after having tried and tested our service. We also hope that you will recommend us to your family and friends, whether they own a property that they would like to rent out, or they are looking to book a holiday.

Q: I already have advertising, why do I need more?

If your holiday property is fully booked for the foreseeable future then you probably don’t need to think about more advertising. If however, you have some spare slots then you should be thinking about filling them to maximise your rental income.

Q: How do I know that you will get me more bookings?

We are heavily investing in advertising, mainly on the search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Msn. Getting bookings for our clients is the most important goal for us as this will mean that you will continue with our service for many years to come.

Q: What if I need assistance?

We have a live chat facility, where you can get live assistance while you are registering online. We also provide support by telephone and email.

Q: Where are you based?

The head office for Lupain Holiday Rentals is in Tenerife, but we have a system for low cost telephone calls so you can call us cheap rate.

Q: Do you offer a call back service?

Of course, just email us and let us know what time is convenient for us to call you. Don’t forget you can also call us cheap rate.

Q: Do you offer a secure payment system?

The major banks operate our payment system to offer you the best security protection available.

Q: Do I have to pay VAT tax?

NO, all tax is included in the prices quoted for the different features.

Q: How do I know you are not just collecting info to pass on to others?

We have a very strict Privacy Policy to protect your personal date. We will not release your details to any third party unless we are legally required to do so.

Q: I am a rental agent does this offer still apply?

Yes, we would encourage you to add as many holiday properties as you choose.

Q: How many properties can I add?

You can add as many properties as you like. If you have multiple properties contact us to enquire if we can offer you a discounted rate.
