| So you have now searched and have found some that have taken your eye. First note the reference no, this will allow you to come back to the same property easier. You can also forward this by email to your loved ones to also have a look and forward you their comments. Browse on the availabity calendar to confirm your chosen time is available. Look at the location map and most important the photos to ensure this is the place for your dream holiday. |

| Making an Enquiry |
|
| At the bottom of every property advert you will find a `Contact the Owner` section or bar and if you click on this it will bring you to the enquiry form. Give your name, email, telephone (optional) and write a message to the property owner. Here you could ask for additional information which personalises this to your personal needs. YOu could also add the number of people travelling and the travel dates of your choice. You should get a prompt reply or latest in a couple of days from the property owner. |

| Confirming a Booking |
|
| Well done you are 1 step away to confirmation. Most property owners have their personal payment plan but the general rule is a deposit to initially the dates you require. The balance is then paid just before you go out or on arrival with a breakage deposit sometimes being asked by the holiday home owner. This breakage deposit is refunded after the property owner or his representatives inspect the property less any utilities, only applicable to certain rentals. We suggest you inquire and confirm in writing the cancelation policy and also to have in your possession the terms and conditions from the owner of the property you are renting. |

| Few Days before your Holiday |
|
| Just before you set off please ensure you have the full details of where you are going and if you are travelling by plane the costs involved to getting to your accommodation. By this time it is also possible the full payment has been done to the owner who may live nearby or will instruct his key holder to make available the access to your holiday home. Just in case you are late getting in to your destination it is prudant to ask for the keyholder's telephone number. |

| The day of arrival |
|
Most of the holiday property owners will leave you a contact detail should anything be required for the holiday home. If any of the equipment is not working or is missing then call the keyholder to ensure that no breakage deposit is retained to no failure on your part. Also by reporting this fault the keyholder has time to fix the necessary so that you can get down to enjoying your holiday in full.
