The apartment is tucked away, so that you wont be disturbed by the noise from St. Mark's Square. The apartment is functional, well decorated space with modern conditions throughout: new double sofa bed with firm mattress, open plan kitchenette with gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, utensils and all you need kitchen-tableware. Dining area seat 4 people. Shower room with shower enclosure, wc, wash basin and bidet. Flat screen TV/Sky with BBC World News channel, Hi-Fi/CD/MP3 System + CDs, air-con, heating; reference/guide books on Venice, Veneto region and popular literature. 100% cotton bedlinen, towels, blankets, loo paper and liquid soap provided. "Suve" supermarket, cash machines, water bus stops are very close by. We'll meet you on arrival. The apartment is non smoking only!

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
