Our fantastic luxury villa is situated just off the US27 at Davenport. Bridgeford Crossing is a new gated community and development. With over 2400sq.ft of living space, this is a fantastic and beautiful villa for the whole family or two families to share. Bags of rooms for all ages. We have made every inch inviting, every whim is catered for and you will have the vacation of a life time in our home at Bridgeford Crossing. We extend a very warm welcome to all our guests and believe your stay in our home will be second to none and you will want to come back year after year. Florida is just such a great place to stay for all ages. Supermarket 5 mins, restaurants and English/Irish pub (live footie) no more than 7 mins away. Disney 10 mins, Universal and Seaworld 30 mins and Orlando Airport just 35 mins. Championship golf courses close by.

The 192 , starts at the I-4 and travels east, it is about 10 miles longs !!

GOLF AND BEACHES
Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world. With many golf courses nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. Highland Reserve and Champions Gate are just two of the championship courses in the area.

Bridgeford Crossing at Davenport is mid way between the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. You will find it hard to choose which to visit so why not spend a day at each, both about an hour drive to Daytona Beach on the East Coast or Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. Why not enjoy the beach and watch the Space Shuttle Launch at Titusville. A once in a lifetime spectacular, Don't miss it!

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
