This beautiful chalet is constructed from stone and solid wood with a very high standard of insulation and construction. It has its own large private garden and balcony. The Chalet boasts high quality furniture and fittings throughout with an extensive inventory. A charming traditional log fire supplements the already adequate heating to add that bit of comfort or romance to those nights in. There are unbroken views over the Pirin Mountains and the complex is surrounded by pine forests. The complex is close to the now famous Bansko Ski resort (8Km). There are two new 18 hole par 72 golf courses (one designed by Ian Woosnam) with driving range only 3km away. The Chalet has a balcony with two solid wood recliners, armchair and table so that you can enjoy the uninterrupted mountain views, soak up the sun or just sit quietly enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco style.
10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more. Additional 10% discount for returning guests. Minimum Booking 2 nights except Christmas/New year and February when 5 nights. Contact owners for late booking discounts.
Additional Information :
Prices are for the rent of the unit and include one linen change and clean.
If used the facilities of the resort, telephone, firewood and fireplace cleaning and additional maid services are payable locally.
A booking deposit of 30% and 70% payable 28 days before arrival.
This deposit is non refundable should you cancel or fail to pay in full.
An additional REFUNDABLE deposit of £150 is required 28 days before arrival to cover breakages and losses.

'What a fantastic time we had, better than we could of hoped for.. was so relaxing to be somewhere where we did not have to worry about time, transport etc. We are over the moon, the chalet was absolutely wonderful, plenty big enough for us and all of the facilities were great too, views from the chalet took our breath away morning, noon and night, and so different every day.'

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
