This quiet and peaceful villa is the perfect place to unwind. Set in its own very large, private Mediterranean garden, with the large main terrace facing south west, the villa offers the perfect opportunity to sip the local wine and watch the sun sink behind the vine covered hills.
The beautifully furnished property has everything for modern living; American-style fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, UK satellite TV, DVD, Video, hi-fi and wireless internet. The villa also boasts a large luxury swimming pool with extensive terrace and a well-equipped games room. The villa, which has superb views of vineyards and local countryside, is at the edge of the charming mediaeval village of Autignac; just five minute walk to the village centre.

The villa has a number of terraces, giving shade or sunshine at any time of the day. The games room is located on the lower floor offering table tennis, 1/4 size snooker table and table football.
Autignac and area
Autignac is very well situated for every kind of activity. The vast choice of sandy Mediterranean beaches are just 30 minutes drive away, including Marseillan Plage and Serignan Plage and the fashionable resorts of Sete and Cap d`Agde.
The beaches range from very busy, offering water sports, beach front sea food cafes, restaurants, and night life, to almost deserted peace and tranquillity.
A short distance to the west is the beautiful Orb Valley with the spectacular town of Roquebrun.
Languedoc's diversity caters for all tastes, from mountaineering to wind surfing, from bird watching to sunbathing, from canoeing the rapids to diving.
Golf courses in Lamalou-les-bains and Beziers are both a 20 minute drive away.
Dining
There is a bar in the village (5 minutes walk) offering weekday lunchtime meals and evening meals Monday to Saturday.
Chateaux de Grezan is an exceptional restaurant only 1.5 km from the villa, whilst the restaurants in Magalas provide family value meals.
The villa is on the borders of St Chinian and Faugere which offers you ample opportunities to sample their produce.
Supplies
The centre of the village is within easy walking distance, offering everything needed for everyday living. The bakery is highly recommended. Intermarche in Magalas is a few minutes drive away and offers a wider selection of choice at good value.
