Consisting of a gated community for added security, there is a lift to this ground floor apartment from an underground car park thus permitting easy access for those with young families or those of an elderly disposition. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with magnificent flowers & shrubs with 4 swimming pools (including one for children) all cascading into one another by means of an artificial river. The largest pool has a jacuzzi and 4 fountains. Lifeguards are on duty from 1st July to 31 August at all 3 pools which are cleaned on a year round basis.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
