Additional Information :
The rates are per week for the apartment and include a Meet and Greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), reasonable electricity/water usage and a final clean. Rates shown are based on an occupancy of 6 people, over occupancy up to a maximum of 8, are charged at an additional 50 pounds per person, per week. An additional 200 pounds is required as a security deposit against any damages/lost keys, refundable once the apartment has been checked over by our management team. We require a 150 pounds or 20% (whichever is the greatest) deposit upon making a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Personal holiday insurance is the responsibility of the person making the booking.
During the high season periods of July/August/Easter & Christmas, changeover days are usually on Saturdays (sometimes we can be a little flexible, please enquire). During all other periods we can be more flexible.

The terrace is a popular and great feature of this apartment. It is very large (62m2), it is south facing and enjoys sun all day! and has a wonderful panoramic sea view. It is equipped with sun beds and drinks table, a large dining table with 6 chairs and a large parasol, and a lovely terrace suite where you can sit and relax with a long cold drink in the early evening as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa! For those of you who like to eat al fresco, there is even a large built in BBQ on the terrace allowing you to cook al fresco too!
Calahonda is a busy resort with a rustic flavour and is very much centred on the holidaymaker, with four golf courses, tennis courts, and a shimmering coastline offering an array of water sports, shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants that have a truly global take on cuisine and cannot fail to suit all tastes! Calahonda has its own marina called Cabopino (5 minutes away,) which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque marina on the Costa del Sol. It has a superb sandy beach with bars and restaurants that have barbecue areas where freshly caught fish are cooked as a speciality. Eating Out around Calahonda
Within a few minutes walk of the apartment you will find a mini-market and bar/restaurants all of which we can highly recommend. Walking a little further on (3 minute drive) will bring you to the Strip well known in Calahonda for its wide choice of restaurants, which cater for literally all tastes, including Swiss! Around the corner from the Strip is the El Zoco Centre where you will find a further choice of wonderful restaurants set in a lovely pedestrianised area. In addition you will find gift shops, banks, newsagents, pharmacy etc and one of 3 large supermarkets, which will cater for all your needs. Opposite the El Zoco, just across the coastal road, there is the Dona Lola Complex where yet again you will find a further choice of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
