This is a large one bedroom property situated on a private complex with a communal swimming pool.
Location
The complex is situated on the beach side of the road in Caleta de Fuste. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre (2 minutes) and the beach (5 minutes). Although close to all the facilities of the resort, it is in a quiet area where the noise of the resort (except for the 3 day fiesta) does not intrude.
Eating out/Things to do
There are bars and restaurants close by offering all types of food, English, Spanish, Chinese, Mexican, Greek, Italian,Indian to suit all types of pocket and taste. Many bars offer evening entertainment from bingo to live music.
Water sports abound around the beach, learn to dive, jet ski, canoe, windsurf or just catch the submarine and go see the undersea world or see the dolphins.
Caleta now has two golf courses, both within esy distance of the apartment.
Hire a car or catch a bus and visit the wonderful places on the island, each with its own character.
Shopping in the capital, Puerto del Rosario is a must for the shopacholics, visit the new Rotundas centre with shops C&A, Zara, H&M and many more.
Or just spend your days lying on a sunbed andlapping up our beautiful sunshine.
About the owners
The owners of the apartment have lived in Fuerteventura for 5 years (they wouldn't go anywhere else)and you will be dealing directly with them on the island. They will meet you with the keys and give you a phone number to contact them should you have any problems.
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
