The large living room features an open log fireplace, original terracotta tiles and wooden doors leading out onto the south terrace and gardens. There is a separate kitchen/dining area fitted with marble worktops and equiped with all the utensils a serious food lover needs to be able to enjoy local market produce and Le Bagnaie's kitchen garden. There are also double doors from the kitchen leading out to the terrace and the vine-covered pergola. The villa's private landscaped garden - rich with cherry, pomegranate and fig trees and with a built-in BBQ - surrounds the property and enjoys 360-degree views of the countryside, including the distant Duomo of Siena to the south and the towers of San Gimignano to the west. The 20m pool is solar heated and the tennis court can be used all year round.

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
