Smoking is permitted within the complex however we would appreciate if you would refrain from smoking in the apartment and animals/pets are not allowed without confirmation from the owner.There is a communal swimming pool, roof terrace, private terrace and parking.

We do not charge a damage deposit to avoid unnecessary bank charges for both parties,however we do expect guests to be fair & honest should there be any breakages or accidents during their stay!A 20% deposit is required at the time of the booking, with the total balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Sotavento beach sits directly below the apartments and is truly beautiful, miles & miles of unspoilt scenery, a place to walk , swim, sunbathe, jog, paint, windsurf, kite surf, body boarding, karting & naturism (there is a community of people who you will see walking naked so feel free to join in). If you dare to bare!Water sports equipment is available from the hire shop on the beach. There are free sun loungers and a bar to purchase drinks.
