Well-equipped, comfortable, two-bedroomed apartment with magnificent views over the town of Costa Calma and the beautiful Sotovento Beach. There is a small table and chairs on the balcony which extends across the front of the lounge and the main bedroom. A private swimming pool is available with sun loungers and umbrellas for use by guests. The Rene Egli surf school is situated on the beach below the apartment which is 5 minutes walk away. Here, lessons are available in windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Special rates are offered for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Returning guests will also receive a discount. The prices given are for 2 people for one week. The prices for 4 people for one week are £325/375 euros.
Additional Information :
Linens, towels and blankets are provided but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. For stays longer than a week, a mid-stay linen/towel change will be provided. Any additional services can be arranged. Managers are available locally to deal with any problems. A final clean is included in the price.

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
