Situated in a quiet residential complex this apartment offers sea view balconies off every room.
The apartment is located next to CS Madeira Hotel in the Lido area of Funchal, which is 15 minutes stroll along the main Estrada to Funchal city centre.
Shopping centre, restaurants and all amenities are a few minutes walk away.

The apartment offers;

The two bedrooms each have a sea view balcony.
Each bedroom accommodates 2 persons however 2 sofa beds in the lounge can accommodate a further 2 persons, making a total occupancy of 6.
Additionally Cot and High Chair hire is available.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. Kitchen has a long breakfast balcony with stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Living/Dining room has a spacious balcony for dining with direct views to the sea.
We can arrange taxi transfers from the airport:
30 minimum fee for a maximum of 4 persons sharing
40 for 5 persons sharing
45 for 6 persons sharing
payable in Euro to the driver on site.

The aforementioned prices are based on 2 persons sharing.
Thereafter there is an additional fee of £70-80 per extra person dependant on season.
£100 discount applies when 4 consecutive weeks are booked.
£100 refundable deposit is payable on booking and is refunded at the end of your stay when the housekeeper has inspected and confirmed all has been left in equal order.
There is no housekeeping supplied during a one week stay. The guest is responsible for the upkeep of the apartment during one week - just as they would look after their own home. The guests are invited to make use of the washing machine, the dishwasher, the iron and ironing board and make themselves feel at home. For stays longer than one week: Bedding and towels are changed once a week by the housekeeper, plus the apartment is cleaned and tidied.
A housekeeper can be provided as you wish for an additional 10 per hour. Please let us know if you would like housekeeping.

There are extensive leisure areas with swimming pools offering stunning views over the coastal strip of the Lido area, literally right above a shopping & office centre that is part of this superb area.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
