The apartment is located next to CS Madeira Hotel in the Lido area of Funchal, which is 15 minutes stroll along the main Estrada to Funchal city centre.
Shopping centre, restaurants and all amenities are a few minutes’ walk away.

Milk, bread, butter, cheese, ham, eggs, biscuits, chocolate, water, juice, fresh fruit bowl, white wine, red wine, Madeira wine and traditional Madeira honey cake.
Notes : Airport transfers - additional €30 each way and is payable on site.
Additional Information : The aforementioned prices are based on 2 persons sharing.
Thereafter there is an additional fee of £70-80 per extra person dependant on season.
£100 discount applies when 4 consecutive weeks are booked.
£100 refundable deposit is payable on booking and is refunded at the end of your stay when the housekeeper has inspected and confirmed all has been left in equal order.
There is no housekeeping supplied during a one week stay. The guest is responsible for the upkeep of the apartment during one week - just as they would look after their own home. The guests are invited to make use of the washing machine, the dishwasher, the iron and ironing board and make themselves feel at home. For stays longer than one week: Bedding and towels are changed once a week by the housekeeper, plus the apartment is cleaned and tidied.
A housekeeper can be provided as you wish for an additional €10 per hour. Please let us know if you would like housekeeping.

This apartment complex (Edifiçio Baia) off Estrada Monumental, enjoys a central location in the heart of the Lido; a well-known area in Funchal where you will find some of the best restaurants and bars in Madeira.
This is a pleasant private residential block with a pool, with direct views to the ocean. It is ideal for families and young visitors who are looking for pleasant and comfortable accommodation with excellent standards of quality and service.
There are extensive leisure areas with swimming pools offering stunning views over the coastal strip of the Lido area, literally right above a shopping & office centre that is part of this superb area.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process.
