Perfect family accommodation with Superb views over golf course

Twin interconnected south facing ground floor apartments with superb views over Las Ramblas golf course and the surrounding countryside. Sleep 8/10. Four twin bedrooms and four bathrooms. Plenty of facilities and plenty of space. Pool and Jacuzzi directly outside No.72.

(We've listed our property under 'villa' as we have villa-type accommodation. Well, better really - how many villas have four bathrooms?)

Las Ramblas golf complex is a peaceful and secure holiday environment. Our managers, Carol and Richard, live in there and will meet you on arrival. They will also be on hand to provide any help you may need during your holiday.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to use your apartments last week for our holiday. The apartments are well located, well equipped, well maintained, the children enjoyed the fact that the pool was right outside and made the most of this.

Your managers Carol and Richard were very friendly and helpful.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
