The Coach House is situated in over 2 acres of grounds above Cadgwith Cove on Cornwall's stunning Lizard Peninsula. The Devil's Frying Pan and coastal path are only a few hundred yards from the property. The working fishing village of Cadgwith Cove with it's white washed stone and thatched cottages is also only a few minutes walk. The grounds themselves also feature 2 renovated wooden frame railway carriages,a stream,and goats.With wooded areas bordering 2 sides of the grounds, there is a wealth of wildlife including foxes, badgers and bird-life. Main house was re-built in late 2008-2009 and now offers 2 'cottage-style' holiday lets. Each let is equipped with a modern kitchen (including washing machine), Freeview, internet access and has a private garden with picnic table, lights and BBQ. In Cadgwith, you will find a licenced restaurant, a thriving pub (including regular live music), fresh fish/crab for sale a gift shop, gallery and coffee shop. 'Welcome' Cornish cream tea included.

The property is centrally heated with additional electric towel rails provided in all bathrooms. All heating and electricity is included in the price. When booking Willow it is worth noting that, due to it's stream-side location, young children should be supervised at all times. Both Poppy and Willow are non-smoking properties. We regret that we can only accept pets by prior arrangement and there may be a small supplement incurred.
Prices include all bedding, towels, heating, complimentary toiletries and a full cream tea on arrival. We also supply basics such as tea towels/sponges/cleaning products etc.
For breaks of 2 weeks we are happy to supply clean bedding/towels/etc for your 2nd and subsequent weeks.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
