Villa David is a lovely 2 bedroom property (sleeps 5 people) on the top of the hill overlooking the sea and the mountains. Has a private swimming pool with safety gates around to protect small children, air conditioning and BBQ area. In a quiet location surrounded by mature gardens, facing south with views of the surrounding area. It is a short drive from Loul� and Almancil and from the popular 5 star golf resorts of Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The private swimming pool (8,50m x 4m) offers you a refreshing bath just after you are exposed to the sun. There is a shower for the pool and safety gates for the children. For your leisure, you can appreciate the sea and countryside views, from the balcony and pool area. Guests enjoy privacy and peace in this Villa. Be surrounded by beautiful landscape gardens and have fun in the pool area.

Additional Information : The prices are for 3/4 people. Discount of 50€ per week for 2 people.

Minimum period of stay 3 nights until April 2013. 7 nights from May 2013 until September 2013.

Air conditioning is included in the rental price only from May until September. If you don't require the air conditioning, there is a reduction of 50 Euro per week.

Electric heating and fans also available.

Changeoverday is Saturday or Sunday in July and August however we can be flexible.

A deposit of 40% (not refundable) secures a booking payable by bank transfer or Paypal and the balance 60% has to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.

Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on the arrival day and will be refunded on the departure day providing no damage or loss occurred in the house.

Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is until 10.00 am.

Long term lets over 1 month from October until April.

Additional Information : Sights of interests
The property is located in a central location, with short access to the local town of Loulé and Almancil and only 10 mins drive from the 5 star beach and golf resort or Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. You can play mini golf also in the different courses, located near the beach.

Loulé is famous for the morning market in the centre of the town, where you can find your souvenirs, a good selection of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits.

There are good traditional restaurants where you can eat the local tasty food at affordable prices. There are snack bars and a restaurant at walking distance from the property with live football matches. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants and local shops are in Loulé and Almancil, within 3km from home.
 
Activities
Cinema is available in Faro with 9 movies theatres showing the new movies, working everyday. Gypsy markets are interesting, you can find them everyday in Faro near the bus station and Wednesday in Quarteira.

There are quality bars in Almancil with good music and serving quality drinks. Most of the night bars are closing at 4.00 am and discos are closing at 7.00 am. Discos can be found in Vilamoura and Albufeira with great parties, like the lady's night and the foam parties.

Bars in Almancil - The Irish Pub, Monty's, T Club are quality bars with Sky TV, live music, karaoke and snooker. A Strip Club "St. James" in Almancil, where beautiful girls are waiting for you.

Karting in Almancil is also great to go for those who like to drive on a difficult course and race with their friends in a go kart.

In a short drive, visit Vilamoura, with the lovely Marina, Casino and Disco. Choose your favourite cruise (some with champagne and barbecue option) and enjoy the boat trips

At walking distance from the property there are 2 snack bars and also a traditional restaurant. Many other great restaurants in Loulé and Almancil aproximately 3 minutes drive. Nearest supermarkets are Minipreço, Pingo Doce, Modelo at aproximately 5 minutes drive in Loulé. Local market of Loulé open every morning except Sunday's. Saturday morning market is an attraction for most of the local and foreign visitors. The nearest beaches and golf courses are 5 star resort of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago aproximately 15 minutes drive from home.

Although it was 5 yrs since we first visited Villa David, the property and pool are still excellently maintained and the barbecue area makes cooking so much easier, you don't even need to change out your swimsuit! Jean and David could not be more helpful and really make it feel like a 'home from home'. We arranged car hire to the Villa and visited many places such as Villamoura, Vale de Lobo, Albuferio and Tavira. Excellent holiday, we will be back.

We have had a wonderful holiday at the fabulous Villa David. It is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and the pool is perfect, with beautiful views.
A perfect location for touring or just lazing around the pool
Jean and David have both been so helpful, it was nice to have someone close by for help and advise when needed.
We're sorry to be leaving this wonderful villa.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you.
