The rate to be applied will take into account the number of persons and the number of nights The rate 150 (from monday to thusrday) 180 (from Friday to Sunday) announced is for 1 nights and 1 to 4 persons. You must add 30 euros / night per each additional guest
There is a 200 euros damage deposit to be returned when you leave the apartment (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the apartment, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary).
The whole rental shall be paid at the delivery of the keys the first day of your stay.
The time for check-in is at your convenience from 13:00 hours. Check-out time is 11:00 hours but if there are not other clients arriving the same day or they are arriving late in the afternoon or in the evening, you can leave later. Please ask to the landlord at your arrival if you are interested in leaving after 11:00 hours. If your actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8.00 you have to pay 30 .
