Riad Linda

Sleeps up to 13. Individual rooms available as well as whole riad bookings.Our 6 bedroom riad is a recently restored traditional house peacefully situated in the heart of the medina. On the ground floor is our beautiful plant filled courtyard, with dining table, salon with a fountain, kitchen, 1 double and 1 twin / triple bedroom both en-suite. The first floor has 3 double en-suite bedrooms plus a master suite, complete with hammam. A staircase leads up onto the roof terrace with tables for breakfast or dining under the stars and sun loungers for relaxation.

Riad Linda is very centrally situated in a peaceful Derb 5 minutes walk away from the main Djemma el Fnaa square. The Riad has recently been completely renovated to a high standard, yet retains many traditional features - including a beautiful plant filled courtyard garden. Traditional finishes such as tadelakt and zillege have been used throughout. Riad Linda has a beautiful courtyard dining area, bhou (lounge) with fountain, fully fitted kitchen, 6 bedrooms (all en-suite) and a hammam (steam room). The riad is peacefully situated in a quiet derb a few minutes walk away from the lively souks and the Place Djemma el Fna, the beating heart of the city with its storytellers, henna artists, snake charmers & tooth pullers. The El Badi and Bahia Palaces are a short stroll away. The Musee D' Marrakech & the Ben Youssef Merdersa are also nearby.
Petit taxis are also located nearby to take you to the world famous Marjorelle (Yves St Laurent) gardens and the new town for interesting designer shops.
 
Bars and Restaurants
We have an English / French speaking manager on hand to answer any questions and organise visits and excursions. Marrakech has many interesting and varied restaurants and we are happy to recommend our favourites which include, The Grand Cafe de La Poste (great for cocktails and star spotting!), Kachmara, Le Cantanzaro and Casanova in the new town. In the medina we particularly like Cafe Arabe, Le Foundouk and the Kosy Bar. Of course, many of guests prefer to dine in the riad in our romantic courtyard dining area or on the terrace under the stars. There is aso a little general store at the end of our derb that sells anything you could possibly want! Supermarkets are a short taxi ride away.
 
Info on Public Transport
Marrakech airport is a 15 minute drive away. We can arrange transfers for you to and from the airport. Car hire is not necessary. Marrakech has good rail links with the rest of the country and you can travel directly to Fez and also Tangiers on the famous Marrakech Express

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
