The house is very much a second home and is therefore equipped to a high and comfortable standard. It is built in the traditional Andalucian style and features cool tiled floors throughout and wooden window shutters - all with mosquito nets. The house is on one level and has three bedrooms (one with large en-suite shower room) with ceiling fans, one family bathroom with bidet, bath/shower,sink and also the washing machine, a large sitting room with fireplace and log burning stove at one end and an American style bar/kitchen at the other end. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
