Accommodation Summary :
Two full beds (sleeps 4) covered balcony, full bath (no hot water), full-size refrigerator, table, chairs, deck chairs, hammock and coffee/tea pot.
There is a US$25 cleaning fee per stay - to clean the room and wash the linens and bath towels after guests depart. There is an additional charge if you want cleaning service and/or a change of linens and/or a change of bath towels during your stay - US$6 for bath towels only, US$6 for linens only, US$12 for linens and bath towels, US$12 for cleaning only, US$25 for full cleaning, linens and bath towels.

In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
