The very well-kept house comprises of 7 different furnished bedrooms (queen and king size) with 4 bathrooms. Every bedroom has an air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, two big fridges, one freezer, pantry and dining area for 8 persons. All the rooms of the villa could be shaded by the roller. You have the possibility to use with your laptop the WLAN-WIFI free access to internet 6 MB/sec. or a modem and unlimited phones called to all European country through our VoIP pages.
After booking you have to pay in advance 50 % of the rental amount by bank transfer or with credit card. Please understand, that the reservation for a private holiday home must be guaranteed by this - payment, which is fully covered in any case by the HomeAway Group.
