Local Info
Our nearest town is Pinoso,4 kms away and Sax, Elda, Jumilla, Yecla are all within 20 minutes drive. There are many places of interest to visit whilst in the area, Yecla, famous for its furniture factories and shoe making, Aspe with its church and modernist casino, Monovar, with its steep narrow roads and clock tower, Fortuna, a thermal spa town,with 36% hot swimming baths all year round, Jumilla, the wine producing capital of the area, and of course we are surrounded by nature reserves, caves, museums, wonderful churches and much more.
Pinoso has a sports centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, football pitches and tennis courts. There is also a theatre and medical centre in town plus lots of restaurants and bars where you can sample the local food.
The local market is held on Saturdays where fruit, vegetables, clothes etc can be bought. Other markets are held most days in the nearby towns, with some huge markets on Sunday.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
