The cottage is fully renovated in comfortable rustic style, and is in a peaceful green country setting, while only a short walk from the Playa Repic and close to tram and bus-stops, so rented car is not essential. Walking trails through mountains starting at 5 minutes from property. Drive to the door and park (if renting a car, we recommend a small one, as the drive in from the road is not wide, though beautifully bordered by orange and lemon orchards. Things to do and see
800m - 5 - 10 minute walk to beach (Playa Repic). Beautiful coves also at Lluc Alcari, Deia and Valldemossa. We are on the beautiful north-west coast (Serra Tramuntana mountain-range), so there are lovely drives in both directions - towards Banyulbufar to the south and to Sa Calobra, the Lluc Monastery and Pollenca to the north. Son Termens golf-course on Palma side of Soller mountains (15 minutes by car). Don't forget we have a special 'Moro's and Cristiano's' fiesta every year in May, here in Soller and the Port - this year on Monday May 10th, with preliminary events during the preceding week! The cottage is very suitable for walkers, with trails starting at the Hotel Rocamar (5 min. walk from cottage) and/or for bird watchers (hoopoes, falcon, heron, egret, owls, king-fisher etc.) and/or for cyclists (mountain biking). Spanish lessons and horse riding can be arranged on request.

Travel and transport
30km from Palma Airport. 5 minute walk to tram-stop (regular tram service to Soller town). Tram stops at train-station in Soller, providing scenic travel to Palma on the old-fashioned train. 8 minute walk to bus-stop (Port - Soller - Palma buslines (via Tunnel or scenic route, through Valldemossa and Deia). Car-hire available at airport or in port, though not essential as public transport is close by. 20 minutes on old-fashioned tram to Soller town (approx 4km). Approx. 30km to Palma and airport.
