This newly air-conditioned 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment has amazing views of Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains from a large balcony.
The Apartment is only 20 meters from a small, clean beach which is very safe for swimming.

There is a local supermarket / bakery and choice of cafes within 100 meters.

There is a choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Private parking comes with the Apartment.
Only a 10 minute drive (or Bus ride) to the world heritage listed town of Kotor.
The apartment is the ideal position between Kotor and Tivat to explore Montenegro - from its beautiful Bay of Kotor to the Mountains and beach resorts of Budva, Sveti Stefan and villages like Perast.
Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia (85km) and Tivat Airport (8km) and both are an easy drive or organised transfers are offered.

There is a lot to do within a short walking distance of the Apartment with cafes, local restaurants and swimming in the bay!

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
