Set in a small hamlet with spectacular views into the beautiful Pratomagno Mountains 'La Villetta' is an old stone house. It may be used as 2 fully self-contained apartments, or as a single unit. It has recently been renovated so as to retain a traditional Tuscan character, and has air conditioning and all necessary domestic facilities: fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc. There is a large garden with flowers, lawns, pergolas and BBQs. The property is near the country town of Reggello, about 35km south-east of Florence, in the direction of Arezzo (about 50km). This is classic rural Tuscany - old stone buildings and lines of cypress trees scattered amongst olive groves, and vineyards. The mountains offer superb scenic walks, and there is easy access by rail or motorway to Florence, Arezzo, Siena and beyond. The nearby village has excellent restaurants, bars and shops.

Wonderful Florence
The famous cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo are all easily accessible, and offer an incredible range of things to see and do.
Local Restaurants
Cascia, in easy walking distance, has two great restaurants as well as bars. A little further afield there are numerous other excellent restaurants and bars.
Transport
A car is very useful, but not essential. There are local buses and the nearest railway station can easily be reached by bus.

We had a perfectly wonderful time. The apartment couldnt have been in a nicer location. We enjoyed spending time in the garden and walking and driving in all directions It was a great deal of fun to shop in local markets we enjoyed being able to come home to a comfortable, private place after visiting cities and countryside. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
